Hadith 21321

حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْرُوفٍ ، أَنَّ أَبَا ذَرٍّ حَدَّثَهُمْ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لَوْ أَنَّ عَبْدِي اسْتَقْبَلَنِي بِقُرَابِ الْأَرْضِ خَطَايَا ، اسْتَقْبَلْتُهُ بِقُرَابِهَا مَغْفِرَةً " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said (Allah Almighty says): If My servant comes before Me with sins filling the earth, I will come before him with forgiveness filling the earth.
