حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ غَيْلَانَ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ الْحِمْصِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا تَزَالُ أُمَّتِي بِخَيْرٍ مَا عَجَّلُوا الْإِفْطَارَ ، وَأَخَّرُوا السُّحُورَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "My Ummah will remain upon goodness as long as they hasten in breaking the fast and delay the pre-dawn meal (suhoor)."
