حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عُتَيٍّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ أُبَيٌّ كُنَّا نُؤْمَرُ " إِذَا اعْتَزَى رَجُلٌ " ، فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ.
Abdullah narrated to us, Ubaydullah ibn Umar ibn Maysarah narrated to us, Yazid ibn Zuray’ narrated to us, Yunus narrated to us, from al-Hasan, from ‘Utayy, who said: Ubayy said: We used to be commanded, "when a man claims lineage," and he mentioned something similar.
