حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ، عَنْ الرَّبِيعِ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ ، عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ ، فِي قَوْلِهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى : ( هُوَ الْقَادِرُ عَلَى أَنْ يَبْعَثَ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابًا مِنْ فَوْقِكُمْ ) سورة الأنعام آية 65 ، قَالَ : " هُنَّ أَرْبَعٌ وَكُلُّهُنَّ عَذَابٌ ، وَكُلُّهُنَّ وَاقِعٌ لَا مَحَالَةَ ، فَمَضَتْ اثْنَتَانِ بَعْدَ وَفَاةِ رَسُولُ الله صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِخَمْسٍ وَعِشْرِينَ سَنَةً ، فَأُلْبِسُوا شِيَعًا ، وَذَاقَ بَعْضُهُمْ بَأْسَ بَعْضٍ ، وَبَقِي َثِنْتَانِ وَاقِعَتَانِ لَا مَحَالَةَ الْخَسْفُ وَالرَّجْمُ " ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُؤْمِنِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ شَقِيقٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيُّ ، عَنْ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ ، عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ : ( قُلْ هُوَ الْقَادِرُ ) سورة الأنعام آية 65 فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ ، وَقَالَ فِي حَدِيثِهِ : الْخَسْفُ وَالْقَذْفُ.
It is narrated from Hazrat Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding the interpretation of this command of Allah Almighty: "And He is able to send upon you..." that these are four things, and all four are punishments, and all of them will certainly occur. Thus, two of them occurred only twenty-five years after the passing of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): the Muslims were divided into different sects and began to taste the bitterness of fighting one another. And two remain, which will certainly take place: the swallowing up by the earth and the raining of stones from the sky.
