حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبَانَ الْجَعْفِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي قَوْلِهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى : " وَذَكِّرْهُمْ بِأَيَّامِ اللَّهِ سورة إبراهيم آية 5 ، قَالَ : بِنِعَمِ اللَّهِ " . .
It is narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) with reference to Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) explained the verse of Allah Almighty "And remind them of the Days of Allah" by saying that by "the Days of Allah" is meant the blessings of Allah Almighty.
