حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الله ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لَوْ شِئْتَ لَاتَّخَذْتَ عَلَيْهِ أَجْرًا " . .
Abdullah narrated to us, Amr al-Naqid narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Amr, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn Abbas, from Ubayy ibn Ka'b, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "If you wished, you could have taken a wage for it."
