حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ، حَدَّثَنِي الْأَسْلَمِيُّ يَعْنِي عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ عَنْ الْمَسْجِدِ الَّذِي أُسِّسَ عَلَى التَّقْوَى ، فَقَالَ : " هُوَ مَسْجِدِي " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Sahl bin Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him), with reference to Ubayy bin Ka’b (may Allah be pleased with him), that a person asked about the mosque which was founded on piety, so the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: It refers to my mosque.
