حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ : " مَا كَانَ فِي رَأْسِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنَ الشَّيْبِ إِلَّا شَعَرَاتٌ فِي مَفْرِقِ رَأْسِهِ ، كَانَ إِذَا ادَّهَنَ غَطَّاهُنَّ " .
Someone asked Hazrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) about the white hair of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), so he replied that there were a few white hairs on the head of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). When he applied oil to his head, the whiteness of the hair was not apparent.
