حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ مِغْوَلٍ ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " أُتِيَ بِفَرَسٍ حِينَ انْصَرَفَ مِنْ جَنَازَةِ أَبِي الدَّحْدَاحِ ، فَرَكِبَ وَنَحْنُ حَوْلَهُ نَمْشِي " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) led the funeral prayer of Hazrat Abu Dardaah, then a horse was brought, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) mounted it, and we began to walk around the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
