حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنِي سُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " لَمْ يُصَلِّ عَلَى رَجُلٍ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that during the blessed era of the Holy Prophet, it was found out that a man had committed suicide. Upon hearing this, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not lead his funeral prayer.
