It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When you have stoned the Jamrah Aqabah, then everything becomes lawful for you except women." A man asked: O Messenger of Allah! Is it also permissible to use perfume? Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: I myself have seen with my own eyes the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) applying a perfume called 'musk' on his head. Is that not perfume?
