Hadith 20792

حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ حَفْصَةَ ، عَنْ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ ، قَالَتْ : " غَزَوْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَبْعَ غَزَوَاتٍ ، أَخْلُفُهُمْ فِي رِحَالِهِمْ ، وَأَصْنَعُ لَهُمْ الطَّعَامَ ، وَأَقُومُ عَلَى مَرْضَاهُمْ ، وَأُدَاوِي جَرْحَاهُمْ " .
Hazrat Umm Atiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) says that I participated in seven battles along with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and I used to stay in the tents and prepare food for the Mujahideen, take care of the sick, and treat the wounded.
