حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، وَأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَرْجِسَ ، قَالَ : رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَدَخَلْتُ عَلَيْهِ ، وَأَكَلْتُ مِنْ طَعَامِهِ ، وَشَرِبْتُ مِنْ شَرَابِهِ ، " وَرَأَيْتُ خَاتَمَ النُّبُوَّةِ قَالَ هَاشِمٌ : فِي نُغْضِ كَتِفِهِ الْيُسْرَى كَأَنَّهُ جُمْعٌ ، فِيهَا خِيلَانٌ سُودٌ كَأَنَّهَا الثَّآلِيلُ " .
Hazrat Abdullah bin Sarjis (may Allah be pleased with him) once said about himself: I have spoken with the Prophet (peace be upon him), eaten food with him, and seen the Seal of Prophethood between his shoulders, which was like a fist at the corner of his left shoulder. He gestured with his hand to show a fist, and on it, the Seal of Prophethood, there were raised moles like warts.
