It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah bin Sarjis (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) set out on a journey, he would recite this supplication: O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the hardships of travel, from distress upon return, from decline after advancement, from the supplication of the oppressed, and from witnessing any evil occurrence in my family or wealth.
