Hadith 20763

Abu Alaa bin Umair says that I was present with Hazrat Qatadah bin Milhan when the time of his death approached. At that moment, a man passed by the farthest corner of the house. I saw him in front of Hazrat Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him), and whenever I looked at Hazrat Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him), it seemed as if oil had been applied to his face. In fact, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had passed his blessed hand over his face.
