It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Rifa’ah that once I presented myself before the Prophet (peace be upon him) while he was delivering a sermon. I said, "O Messenger of Allah, a traveler has come to you to ask about his religion, as he knows nothing about his religion." The Prophet (peace be upon him) turned towards me, and a chair was brought, and the Prophet (peace be upon him) sat on it and began to teach me those things which Allah had taught him. Then he returned to his sermon and completed it.
