حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ شَيْخٍ مِنْ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سُودٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " الْيَمِينُ الْفَاجِرَةُ الَّتِي يَقْتَطِعُ بِهَا الرَّجُلُ مَالَ الْمُسْلِمِ ، تَعْقِمُ الرَّحِمَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saud that I heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) say: That false oath through which a person unjustly takes the wealth of a Muslim severs kinship ties.
