حَدَّثَنَا
عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا
حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا
الْأَزْرَقُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ ، عَنْ
يَحْيَى بْنِ يَعْمُرَ ، عَنْ
رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ :
" أَوَّلُ مَا يُحَاسَبُ بِهِ الْعَبْدُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ صَلَاتُهُ ، فَإِنْ أَتَمَّهَا كُتِبَتْ لَهُ تَامَّةً ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ أَتَمَّهَا قَالَ : انْظُرُوا تَجِدُونَ لِعَبْدِي مِنْ تَطَوُّعٍ ، فَأَكْمِلُوا مَا ضَيَّعَ مِنْ فَرِيضَتِهِ ، ثُمَّ الزَّكَاةُ ، ثُمَّ تُؤْخَذُ الْأَعْمَالُ عَلَى حَسَبِ ذَلِكَ " .
It is narrated from a companion that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: The first thing for which a servant will be called to account is his prayer. If he has performed it completely, it will be recorded as complete. Otherwise, Allah Almighty will say: See if My servant has any voluntary prayers, so that the obligatory prayers may be completed through them. The same will be done with regard to zakat, and the reckoning of other deeds will also be in this manner.
