وَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرَةَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " مَنْ يَلِي أَمْرَ فَارِسَ ؟ " قَالُوا : امْرَأَةٌ ، قَالَ : " مَا أَفْلَحَ قَوْمٌ يَلِي أَمْرَهُمْ امْرَأَةٌ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Who is the ruler of Persia?" The people replied, "A woman." He then said, "That nation will never succeed which entrusts its affairs to a woman."
