حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، وَحَجَّاجٌ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ شُعْبَةَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ رَبِّ بْنَ سَعِيدٍ وَقَالَ : بَهْزٌ عَبْدَ رَبِّهِ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مَوْلَى أَبِي مُوسَى ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : دَخَلَ عَلَيْنَا أَبُو بَكْرَةَ فِي شَهَادَةٍ ، فَقَامَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ، فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرَةَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا يُقِمْ الرَّجُلَ الرَّجُلَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ، ثُمَّ يَقْعُدُ فِيهِ " ، أَوْ قَالَ : " إِذَا أَقَامَ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ، فَلَا يَجْلِسْ فِيهِ ، وَلَا يَمْسَحْ الرَّجُلُ يَدَهُ بِثَوْبِ مَنْ لَا يَمْلِكُ " .
Once, Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) was called to give testimony in a certain matter. When he arrived, a man stood up from his place. Seeing this, Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that a man should stand up from his place and another should sit in his place, and also forbade that a person should wipe his hands with a cloth that does not belong to him.
