Hadith 20371

حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " فِي صِيَامِ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنَ الشَّهْرِ صَوْمُ الدَّهْرِ وَإِفْطَارُهُ " .
Muawiyah bin Qurrah narrates from his father that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said regarding fasting three days in every month that it is equivalent to fasting and breaking the fast every day.
