ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 2018
اُردوEn
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ " فَرَضَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هَذِهِ الصَّدَقَةَ كَذَا وَكَذَا ، وَنِصْفَ صَاعٍ بُرًّا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prescribed so-and-so items as Fitrana and prescribed half a sa’ of wheat. Benefit: For further clarification of this hadith, see hadith number 3291.
