وَمِنْ حَدِيثِ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَAnd from the hadith of Samurah ibn Jundub about the Prophet (peace be upon him)
Hadith 20158

حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هِلَالٍ ، عَنْ سَوَادَةَ بْنِ حَنْظَلَةَ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا يَمْنَعَنَّكُمْ مِنْ سُحُورِكُمْ أَذَانُ بِلَالٍ ، وَلَا الْفَجْرُ الْمُسْتَطِيلُ ، وَلَكِنْ الْفَجْرُ الْمُسْتَطِيرُ فِي الْأُفُقِ " .
Hazrat Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) once said during a sermon that the Messenger said: Do not be deceived by Bilal’s call to prayer or this whiteness, until the true dawn appears. The true dawn is the light that spreads horizontally across the horizon.
