ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 2014

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، أَنَّ أَبَا الشَّعْثَاءِ أَخْبَرَهُ ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ أَخْبَرَهُ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَكَحَ وَهُوَ حَرَامٌ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) married (Sayyidah Maymunah, may Allah be pleased with her) while he was in the state of Ihram.
