وَمِنْ حَدِيثِ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَAnd from the hadith of Samurah ibn Jundub about the Prophet (peace be upon him)
Hadith 20134

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ يَعْنِي أَبَا زَيْدٍ , حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ ذَكَرَ : أَنَّ الَّذِي يُحَدِّثُ : " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَذِنَ فِي النَّبِيذِ بَعْدَ مَا نَهَى عَنْهُ ، مُنْذِرٌ أَبُو حَسَّانَ ، ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ , وَكَانَ يَقُولُ : مَنْ خَالَفَ الْحَجَّاجَ ، فَقَدْ خَالَفَ.
Asim says that this hadith, after the prohibition, the Prophet (peace be upon him) himself permitted nabidh. Munzir Abu Hassan used to narrate this from Hazrat Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) and used to say that whoever opposes Hajjaj, he is opposing.
