قَتَادَةُ ، عَنِ
الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ
سَمُرَةَ , أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ :
" إِذَا أُنْكِحَتْ الْمَرْأَةُ زَوْجَيْنِ ، فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا ، وَإِذَا بِيعَ الْبَيْعُ مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ ، فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If a woman is married by two guardians in different places, she will belong to the first of them, and whoever buys the same thing from two different men, it will belong to the first of them.
