وَمِنْ حَدِيثِ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَAnd from the hadith of Samurah ibn Jundub about the Prophet (peace be upon him)
Hadith 20119

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذٌ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، عَنْ مَطَرٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ , أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى أَنْ تُتَلَقَّى الْأَجْلَابُ حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ الْأَسْوَاقَ ، أَوْ يَبِيعَ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade meeting traders coming from outside before they reach the market, or that any townsman should sell the merchandise of a villager.
