حَدَّثَنَا
عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا
هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ
قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ
الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ
سَمُرَةَ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ :
" إِذَا نَكَحَ وَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ ، وَإِذَا بَاعَ اثنانِ فَالْبَيْعُ لِلْأَوَّلِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If a woman is married by two guardians at different places, then she will belong to the one who did it first, and whoever buys the same thing from two different men, then it will belong to the one who bought it first.
