وَمِنْ حَدِيثِ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَAnd from the hadith of Samurah ibn Jundub about the Prophet (peace be upon him)

حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ يَسَافٍ ، عَنْ رَبِيعِ بْنِ عَمِيلَةَ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَحَبُّ الْكَلَامِ إِلَى اللَّهِ أَرْبَعٌ : لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ ، وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ ، وَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ، لَا يَضُرُّكَ بِأَيِّهِنَّ بَدَأْتَ " . " لَا تُسَمِّيَنَّ غُلَامَكَ يَسَارًا وَلَا رَبَاحًا وَلَا نَجِيحًا وَلَا أَفْلَحَ ، فَإِنَّكَ تَقُولُ أَثَمَّ هُوَ ، فَلَا يَكُونُ ، فَيَقُولُ : لَا " , إِنَّمَا هُنَّ أَرْبَعٌ ، لَا تَزِيدُنَّ عَلَيَّ .
It is narrated from Hazrat Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The most beloved words to Allah are four: La ilaha illallah, Allahu Akbar, Subhan Allah, and Alhamdulillah. You may begin with any of them, there is no harm in it. And do not name your children Aflah (successful), Najeeh (prosperous), Yasar (ease), or Rabah (profit), because when you call out their names and ask if they are here, people will say, "He is not here." These are four things; do not add anything to them.
