حَدَّثَنَا
بَهْزٌ ,
وَعَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ , قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا
هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ
قَتَادَةَ , قَالَ عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ : حَدَّثَنِي قَتَادَةُ ، عَنِ
الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ
سَمُرَةَ , أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ :
" إِذَا أنَكَحَ الْمَرْأَةَ الْوَلِيَّانِ ، فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا ، وَإِذَا بِيعَ الْبَيْعُ مِنَ الرَّجُلَيْنِ ، فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If a woman is married by two guardians at different places, she will belong to the one who did it first, and when someone sells the same thing to two different men, it will belong to the one who bought it first.
