وَمِنْ حَدِيثِ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَAnd from the hadith of Samurah ibn Jundub about the Prophet (peace be upon him)

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ , وَبَهْزٌ , حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ , عَنْ سَمُرَةَ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لِأَهْلِهَا " , قَالَ ابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ فِي حَدِيثِهِ : لِأَهْلِهَا أَوْ مِيرَاثٌ لِأَهْلِهَا.
It is narrated from Hazrat Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Umra is permissible for the person for whom it is made."
