Hadith 20030

It is narrated from Hazrat Muawiyah Bahzi (may Allah be pleased with him) that I submitted in the court of Prophethood, "O Messenger of Allah! In which part of our women may we approach them and which part should we leave?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Your wife is your field; come to your field from wherever you wish. However, when you eat, feed her as well; when you dress, clothe her as well. Do not strike her on the face, do not abuse her, and if you separate from her, do so only within the house. How is it appropriate when you approach each other in a lawful manner?"
