حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ بَهْزِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ , أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " مَنْ سَأَلَهُ مَوْلَاهُ فَضْلَ مَالِهِ ، فَلَمْ يُعْطِهِ ، جُعِلَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ شُجَاعًا أَقْرَعَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Muawiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: If a person's paternal cousin asks him for an extra share of his wealth and he does not give it to him, then on the Day of Resurrection he will be turned into a bald snake.
