حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدٌ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا جَلَبَ , وَلَا جَنَبَ , وَلَا شِغَارَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ ، وَمَنْ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً ، فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Imran (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There is no basis for taking the best animals in zakat, or for evading the payment of zakat through tricks and excuses, or for injuring animals with spears. And whoever commits looting is not one of us.
