حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَشْهَبِ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَسْأَلَةُ الْغَنِيِّ شَيْنٌ فِي وَجْهِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " , قَالَ أَبِي : لَمْ أَعْلَمْ أَحَدًا أَسْنَدَهُ غَيْرَ وَكِيعٍ.
It is narrated from Hazrat Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The begging of a wealthy person will be a disgraceful blemish on his face on the Day of Resurrection.
