حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو هِلَالٍ الرَّاسِبِيُّ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ , عَنْ أَبِي الْوَازِعِ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَرْزَةَ ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، عَلِّمْنِي شَيْئًا يَنْفَعُنِي اللَّهُ بِهِ , فَقَالَ : " انْظُرْ مَا يُؤْذِي النَّاسَ ، فَاعْزِلْهُ عَنْ طَرِيقِهِمْ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Barzah Aslami (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I submitted in the court of the Messenger, "O Messenger of Allah! Teach me something from which I may benefit." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Remove harmful things from the path of the Muslims."
