حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، وَوَكِيعٌ , قَالَا : ثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ صَمْعَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَازِعِ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَرْزَةَ ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، عَلِّمْنِي شَيْئًا أَنْتَفِعُ بِهِ , قَالَ : " اعْزِلْ الْأَذَى عَنْ طَرِيقِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Barzah (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I submitted in the court of the Messenger, "O Messenger of Allah! Teach me something from which I may benefit." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Remove harmful things from the path of the Muslims."
