حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، قال : أَخْبَرَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، عَن سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، عَن أَبِيهِ ، عَن جَدِّهِ أَبِي مُوسَى ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ أُمَّتِي أُمَّةٌ مَرْحُومَةٌ ، لَيْسَ عَلَيْهَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ ، إِنَّمَا عَذَابُهَا فِي الدُّنْيَا : الْقَتْلُ ، وَالْبَلاَبِلُ ، وَالزَّلَازِلُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "My Ummah is an Ummah that has been shown mercy; there will be no punishment for it in the Hereafter. Its punishment is only in this world—killing, turmoil, and earthquakes."
