It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I was with the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in a garden. A man came and greeted with salam. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Go, give him permission to enter and also give him the glad tidings of Paradise." I went and found that it was Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him). I said to him, "Please come inside and accept the glad tidings of Paradise." He kept praising Allah continuously and sat down in a place. Then another man came and he also greeted with salam. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Give him permission and glad tidings as well." I went and found that it was Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him). I said to him, "Please come inside and accept the glad tidings of Paradise." He kept praising Allah continuously and sat down in a place. Then a third man came and he also greeted with salam. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Go and give him permission as well, and give him the glad tidings of Paradise along with a trial." I went and found that it was Hazrat Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him). And so it happened.
