It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent me towards Yemen. I said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! There are some drinks prevalent there: one is 'taba' which is made from honey, and one is 'mizr' which is made from barley. What do you command me regarding them?" The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Do not drink anything intoxicating."
