حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَن سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَن أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيِّ ، عَن أَبِي مُوسَى ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا أَحَدَ أَصْبَرُ عَلَى أَذًى يَسْمَعُهُ مِنَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ ، إِنَّهُ يُشْرَكُ بِهِ ، وَيُجْعَلُ لَهُ وَلَدٌ ، وَهُوَ يُعَافِيهِمْ ، وَيَدْفَعُ عَنْهُمْ ، وَيَرْزُقُهُمْ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There is no one more patient than Allah when hearing something hurtful. Others are associated with Him, yet He still grants them well-being and sustenance, and removes their afflictions.
