It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that raisins used to be soaked in water for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would drink it today, tomorrow, and until the evening of the third day; after that, he would give it to someone else to drink or would order it to be poured away.
