حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، وَسَمِعْتُهُ أَنَا مِنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ ابْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، قَالَ : أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِوَضُوءٍ ، فَتَوَضَّأَ ، وَصَلَّى ، وَقَالَ : " اللَّهُمَّ أَصْلِحْ لِي دِينِي ، وَوَسِّعْ عَلَيَّ فِي ذَاتِي ، وَبَارِكْ لِي فِي رِزْقِي " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I brought water for ablution to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed ablution and, reciting a supplication, said: O Allah! Rectify my religion for me, grant me ease, and bless me in my sustenance.
