It is narrated from Hazrat Shuraid (may Allah be pleased with him) that a leprous man (afflicted with leprosy) from the tribe of Thaqif came to the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to pledge allegiance. I came to the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and mentioned him, so the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Go to him and say that I have accepted his pledge of allegiance, so he should return.
