حَدَّثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي وَبْرُ بْنُ أَبِي دُلَيْلَةَ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مُسَيْكَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الشَّرِيدِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَيُّ الْوَاجِدِ يُحِلُّ عِرْضَهُ وَعُقُوبَتَهُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Shuraid (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The procrastination of a wealthy person makes it permissible to complain about him and to imprison him.
