حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنِ الشَّرِيدِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " جَارُ الدَّارِ ، أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Shureid (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The neighbor of the house has more right to buy the property than any other person.
