تتمہ مُسْنَدِ الْكُوفِيِّينَContinuation of Musnad of the Kufans
وَمِنْ حَدِيثِ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَAnd from the hadith of Jarir ibn Abdullah from the Prophet (peace be upon him)

حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ سِمَاكَ بْنَ حَرْبٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمِيرَةَ ، وَكَانَ قَائِدَ الْأَعْشَى فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ ، قَالَ : أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقُلْتُ : أُبَايِعُكَ عَلَى الْإِسْلَامِ . قَالَ : فَقَبَضَ يَدَهُ ، وَقَالَ : " وَالنُّصْحِ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ " ثُمَّ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّهُ مَنْ لَا يَرْحَمْ النَّاسَ لَمْ يَرْحَمْهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that at the time of accepting Islam, I presented myself in the court of the Messenger and said, "O Messenger of Allah! I pledge allegiance to Islam." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) withdrew his hand and said, "Show goodwill to every Muslim." Then the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Whoever does not show mercy to people, Allah Almighty does not show mercy to him."
