حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عِيسَى ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَعَلَى صَدْرِهِ أَوْ بَطْنِهِ الْحَسَنُ أَوْ الْحُسَيْنُ ، قَالَ : فَرَأَيْتُ بَوْلَهُ أَسَارِيعَ ، فَقُمْنَا إِلَيْهِ ، فَقَالَ : " دَعُوا ابْنِي ، لَا تُفْزِعُوهُ حَتَّى يَقْضِيَ بَوْلَهُ " ثُمَّ أَتْبَعَهُ الْمَاءَ . ثُمَّ قَامَ فَدَخَلَ بَيْتَ تَمْرِ الصَّدَقَةِ ، وَدَخَلَ مَعَهُ الْغُلَامُ ، فَأَخَذَ تَمْرَةً ، فَجَعَلَهَا فِي فِيهِ ، فَاسْتَخْرَجَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَقَالَ : " إِنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ لَا تَحِلُّ لَنَا " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Laila (may Allah be pleased with him) that once we were present in the service of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when Hazrat Imam Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him), who was a small child, came crawling on his knees and climbed onto the blessed chest of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). After a short while, he urinated on the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). We quickly moved forward to catch him, but the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Leave my son, leave my son." Then the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) called for water and poured it over the spot. After a little while, he (Imam Hasan) picked up a date from the charity and put it in his mouth. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) put his hand in his mouth and took it out and said, "Charity is not lawful for us."
