It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was at a place called Rauha when he met a group of riders. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) greeted them with salam and asked, “Who are you people?” They replied, “Muslims.” Then they asked, “And who are you?” The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “I am the Messenger of Allah.” Upon hearing this, a woman hurriedly went, took her child by the hand, brought him out from her howdah, and said, “O Messenger of Allah! Can this child perform Hajj?” The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Yes! And you will have the reward for it.”
