Hadith 18947

"حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ : حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْعُشَرَاءِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ : قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ! أَمَا تَكُونُ الذَّكَاةُ إِلَّا فِي الْحَلْقِ أَوِ اللَّيَّةِ؟ قَالَ: «لَوْ طَعَنْتَ فِي فَخِذِهَا لَأَجْزَأَكَ». [انظر : 18948، 18949، 18950]
Waki‘ narrated to us: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us from Abu al-‘Ushara’, from his father who said: I said, “O Messenger of Allah! Is slaughtering (dhabh) only in the throat or the base of the neck?” He said: «لَوْ طَعَنْتَ فِي فَخِذِهَا لَأَجْزَأَكَ». [انظر : 18948، 18949، 18950]
